Disappointed: never got a reply to my complaint
The apartment I booked wasn’t available. I raised the complaint on the first morning of my stay and haven’t got a reply or any progress by now: I’d like to express my dissatisfaction and record a complaint of how how you handled the lack of the apartment I have booked. a) you said that the people staying there wanted the extend their stay - you could’ve found them an alternative since that apartment was already booked by me b) you said that they informed you of this the evening before - you could’ve contacted me right then so that I could book an alternative accommodation, as you weren’t planning to give me the room that I wanted c) you said you didn’t send me an email to notify me because people travelling don’t read their emails - that’s a ridiculous reason and also why are you assuming I’m travelling d) you didn’t provide any time for me resolve the issue in a way that would work for us e) the alternative 1 bedroom apartment that you offered was very different from what I paid for and the room had no mobile coverage f) the studio alternative - you said that difference in price with 1 bed apartment is 5% but you’ll compensate me with 10% net of hotels.com charge to you. I found that the price difference between the two accommodations is around £150 which is 30-35%. So I am expecting to be refrefunded that difference plus at least 10% for the inconvenience and bad experience. I only accepted your alternative as you didn’t allow us any time for another option.

A good stay in a good location
It was really nice, but with no air conditioning during a very hot summer, it wasn't so comfortable! At any other time of the year it would have been lovely, though. The only downside was a very large and completely clear bathroom window, which meant rolling down the blind permanently!

Highly recommended
Lovely apartment in a good location. Clean with a comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend staying here and would certainly book again. Check in location is different from the apartment and google maps does not direct you to the right location for check in.
