Little worn but great location and price
My dad and I were in town for Game 5 of the NBA Finals. This was the closest two bedroom available to the Entertainment District. Price was right and it's a half hour walk to Younge St, or the King St tram picks you up right outside and you are there in ten min. A stumble from the distillery district as well. We had room 739 overlooking a large rooftop garden/patio with a great view of the CN Tower in the skyline. The room was well worn with cheap amenities, but comfortable enough.

No lights in the bedrooms, hallways were filthy, microwave and fridge, but on utensils or dishes. Bedroom was clean

Great value -as described
As described in the write up. Cons: - towels were a bit thin -we only had a small roll of toilet paper, but the front desk gave us a 2nd one. -No ice cube trays in fridge freezer. -kitchen table is small and only 2 chairs - but bedrooms each had a chair as well. Pros: We were given: - 2 bars of soap, shampoo and even lotion; -plus, wrapped plastic glasses in the kitchen and bathroom. -We found it a decent size with the 2 bedrooms & small kitchen area. -Fridge and microwave were handy. -tv with decent channel selections in each room -shelving, closet area & dresser & desk w/chair in each room. -Wifi worked well. -Air conditioning and hot water pressure were great. -Views from 9th floor were decent. -Parking was only $15 for 24 hours in the lot next door, but the lot has limited parking. We were going to drop our daughter off to an activity in the morning, but there were people waiting for park places, so we ended up walking. -Very good location. -Walking distance to most of downtownToronto. -almost across the street from Distilllery district -Awesome value for the price and the area. -street car nearby -YMCA next door -lobby and sitting areas on different floors -vending machines with snacks and drinks -security in the building -friendly, student staff at check in area

Wonderful stay at George Brown Residence
My partner and I had a concert down at Rebel so we chose George Brown Residence as our place to stay because it was a very close drive and a very affordable option for us. The room had an absolutely beautiful view, it was very clean and well taken care of and quite spacious. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Downtown Clean Hotel
We stayed here for our honeymoon. The front desk was friendly but they never took our ID or our deposit, so a little unorganized. But for a nice hotel close to the downtown core this was an excellent experience.
