Didn't even get to stay in the motel because they already closed the door half an hour before their closing time. End up staying in another motel.

This place is a dump!!!!
1) There was no blanket..just bed sheets and very thin bedspread..both slept in our 40 below coats.
2) The cost was supposed to be 57.75 and was 97.75..charged 40$ for dog instead of 10.
3) Free parking alright..had to park 2 blocks away and temperature was minus 25 celcius and I am handicapped.
4) Was forced to go up to second level consisting of 45 steps which were very steep.
5) Heat was very scarce and not able to adjust.Windows were covered in frost so bad couldn't see out.
6) Had fridge and microwave which didn't work and no coffeemaker or utensils.
7) Internet was useless.
8) Found black mold in bathroom which was unacceptable and wreaked havoc on my respiratory system.
9) No phones and to get hold of hotel themselves was impossible cause they run business off cell phones and couldn't contact for help after hours. They should be reported to health board and Better Business Bureau.
Because we reserved and didn't know place was this bad till arrived we could not cancel and since we have to stay 1 more night cause medical..we found another hotel for 79$ and it has full ammenities.
WE GOT RIPPED OFF. Considering cancelling booking through Expedia in future due to health being jeapordized and was big waste of money. We should be refunded.Due home on Friday Feb 2 in late afternoon.

Old hotel with no amenities.
The room had no heat and no blankets on the bed. The staff did bring us a blanket and a space heater when we asked for them but we still needed to sleep in our clothes as the room was cold. The room had no extras except a fridge. No waste basket, soap, and only one towel in a double room. There was no lobby and we had to go into a bar with some scary customers to get our room keys. Access to the hotel was locked which I suspect was a good thing. There was no breakfast and no coffee available in the room and nothing to heat water to make our own. The bed was moderately comfortable. Fortunately we had our own pillows. I would advise people to avoid this hotel. The toilet was cracked and the step between the bedroom and bathroom was unusually steep. I nearly fell.

A very old building
Having to register in a pool room/poor excuse for a bar and then having to walk up to the third floor with luggage should have been bad enough. The room was very small, older than dirt double bed did not make for a restful sleep. There was no hot water in the bathroom and the water tap leaked a puddle on the top of the vanity. We had to use a portable heater for warmth, there were no hangers for coats and the walls were paper thin making hearing the neighbors conversation all to annoying. We forfeited the paid use of a second night for our personal desire to get a good sleep. We believe Expedia should check their choices for accommodation, and if you did, I'm sure you wouldn't recommend this room for a dog to sleep in.
