Arkanchi Hotel, Khiva

There was a terrible language barrier, at least they let on they didn’t understand us at reception. A whole issue about paying for collection taxi. Everything quoted in $ but will not accept them and convert to somes which results in a figure that you don’t know what it covers. Location very good.

wonderfully helpful stay in a centrally-located place! staff here is fantastic, location is great, and the terrace is lovely. if you're lucky, they will be doing a dinner while you're there - it was easily one of the best meals i'd had in all of uzbekistan! rooms are a little dated, but are spacious and clean

Our visit to the Arkanchi hotel in Khiva was a pleasure - with friendly staff, a spacious, and a superior location inside the walls, just behind the West Gate attractions. It was easy to walk to all the sights from this location and the hotel has a small roof deck you can climb to see the popular sunset over the town although its not set up for serving which did not bother us one whit since there are plenty of other places to see this (although walking the town at sunrise was an even greater pleasure). Breakfast, in either an inner courtyard or adjoining room was excellent, with fresh local fruit, eggs, pastries, fried "ravioli", cheese and other items changing from day to day. The front desk staff especially the excellent Yusuf were extremely helpful and cordial, with good communications at all times. There is a good wifi connection in the lobby only which was ample to our needs. This hotel services many tour groups but we were travelling independently and didnt find our services at all impeded by this.

こじんまりしたホテルでしたが、朝ごはんも美味しく、イチャンカラ遺跡からも近く、便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切でした。スーツケースが重かったのですが、登る際も、下る際もすぐに飛んできて手伝ってくれて本当にありがたかったです。

フロントでブハラまでのタクシーを手配してもらえた。 朝食は比較的シンプルだった。 ヒヴァの旧市街（イチャン・カラ）にあるので、観光に便利。スーパーマーケットや地元の食堂にも徒歩で行けるので、立地がよかった。

イチャンカラ内にあり、観光にはとても良い立地。建物自体は新しい感じではないですが、多くの感想にある通りスタッフの方の対応が丁寧でとても良かったです。

구시가지 안에 있어서 위치가 좋고, 그래도 어느 정도 수준을 갖춘 가격 대비 좋은 호텔입니다.

Güleryüzlü ve yardım sever personel, geniş ve temiz oda, lezzetli bir kahvaltı. HIVA'da güzel vakit geçirdim
