Nice overall
Overall, the property was nice, and well-situated for our purposes. Negatives - a couple of issues with cleanliness (well-established cobwebs on wall and kitchen lights, which was a bit disappointing seeing as we are charged a cleaning fee!), a couple of maintenance issues (faulty light in en-suite, non-working extractor fan), and some cosmetic issues (tiny amount of coffee left in jar, turned out to be old & solid, would have been a nice touch to have some milk & bread for new guests). Positives - spacious & airy, good condition property. 20 min walk from Bray beach, handy underground parking for flat. Free wi-fi. When the maintenance issues were pointed out, David responded very quickly and sorted out the light. Also, Wayne v kindly met me at the property on leaving day when I left my bag inside with no way to get back into the flat! Overall - it's a nice place, it would possibly benefit from a few personal touches. The people we have dealt with have all been very helpful and friendly.

Grosszügige Räumlichkeit
Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, sauber und ruhig. Die Übergabe hat schlussendlich geklappt, im Vorfeld war allerdings die Kommunikation sehr mühsam. Das Warmwasser war nicht aufgeheizt und der Wäschetrockner funktionierte nicht wirklich, deshalb nicht die volle Punktzahl.

geräumiges Apartment im Wohnviertel.
5-10min zur Tankstelle oder Lidl. Bis zur Zughaltestelle und Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 30 min. Übergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert, obwohl wir viel zu spät dort an kamen (Flug verspätung) war der zuständige Manager sehr geduldig und freundlich. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr schön und das Apartment verfügt über zwei Badezimmer. Ruhige Wohngegend, kann ich wärmstens empfehlen
