This Hampton is not up to usual standards. The drapes in the room were cut much too long and drag on the floor. There is no place to hang your used towels. The "hot" breakfast was not good and was cold. The Hyatt Place down the street (and next to the Liverpool shopping Center) is much better at about the same price.

The hotel it was great! The location is very good. Rooms very clean. The buffet not that good, but very acceptable. We had 3 big issues: 1. the fridge wasn´t working, but they replaced next day 2. the toilet stopped working the last night 3. One night there was an event at the hotel and the music was SUPER loud at 2am. We called the lobby and they they turned off the music in less than 5 minutes
