Came here for our honeymoon and it was less than impressive. We asked for a late check out when we checked in (2 days in advance). We were told we’d have to wait til the day of. When that day came they said we could not check out late b/c they had another reservation. This is why we asked for it 2 days in advance. The food was awful, lacked flavor, and was not fresh (stale at times). The resort is full of noisy & rude guests who do not supervise their children. They often skip you in line or interrupt when you are trying to talk to staff. The resort does not enforce rules of common curtesy or proper etiquette. You are treated like a number and they do not seem to care about customer service or your experience. Knowing it was our honeymoon you’d think they’d put us in a suite by the beach with a romantic and private view. Instead they put us by families with small children which was very noisy and not romantic. I made a spa appointment a day in advance, when I called for a driver to take me to my appointment they said I did not have one and offered no apologies. Very disappointing stay and poor hospitality.
