A localização é excelente, o atendimento e a limpeza foram ótimos. Pecam pelo horário do início do atendimento do café da manhã e pela qualidade do mesmo. Como a recepção não funciona à noite, entendo que faz-se necessário, um pequeno frigobar nos quartos, onde se poderia ter água gelada, frutas e outros alimentos. São pequenos ajustes.

Sinta-se em casa!
Localização excelente. Bairro tranquilo, mas perto de tudo. Pode-se ir a pé pro Cerro são Cristóvão, pro Shoping Costanera, pra estação do metro. É um sobrado muito bem conservado, a limpeza excelente, o café da manha gostoso. Se tem que sair muito cedo, deixam o café preparado. São bem atenciosos e prestativos. Ter posse da chave te da tranquilidade para sair e chegar sem preocupação . Gostamos muito da nossa estadia e recomendamos.

Hermoso HOTEL cerca del Costanera Center
El hotel está muy bien ubicado. No sólo eso, sino que el barrio es hermoso. Los recepcionistas Javier y Valeria muy cordiales y con muy buena predisposición, nos atendieron súper bien. El desayuno, increíble. La cama, muy cómoda, como así también la habitación.

O hotel é uma residência, portanto não espere atendimento 24 horas. O quarto é muito confortável e fazem de tudo para que você se sinta em casa. Tivemos um problema e foi rapidamente resolvido. A funcionária Cláudia é muito simpática e prestativa. A localização é excelente, bairro tranquilo, próximo ao Shopping Costanera e à linha de metrô. Obs: a lareira é somente decorativa, não devendo ser publicada pelo hotel como um diferencial.

Best place to stay in Santiago
This was hands down the best hotel that I've been in Santiago. During one night, we had some minor issues with noisy guests that were promptly solved by Claudia and the rest of the management team (I couldn't have asked for a better staff). The hotel has an "open door policy" and Claudia (management) helped us immensely with anything that we needed during our stay (be it with suggestions on where to go, booking a visit to Valle Nevado or Cajon del Maipo, and even helping with spanish translation - she also spoke a very good portuguese). We felt as if we were in our own house and I'd definitely recommend it as the best stay in Santiago. The hotel is also located very near to the Costanera Shopping Mall, and from there we could get to the metro to go wherever we wanted. They serve a great breakfast and the amenities had such a great quality (when compared to the other two regular hotels that we stayed in Chile).
