great place to stay
absolutely fabulous location! The hotel was very very clean and the breakfast was fabulous! My only complaint would be the front desk staff. The night time staff was very friendly and helpful but the day time staff were not friendly or helpful. For 2 days the front desk staff watched as my elderly aunt was wheeled to the front door, got out of her wheelchair with difficulty, struggled down the three front steps with her cane and then maneuvered herself back into her wheelchair and then of course the reverse every time we returned. On our third day a very nice staff member in blue (one of the handymen/cleaners), pointed out us another door with a ramp. The day staff also wrote the wrong terminal station on the map and sent us 30 minutes out of our way on the metro. And the day staff was not very polite when we asked to a later check out of any room and she sternly told us that "even 5 minutes was too late". We booked a total of 5 nice rooms for 3 nights and wanted our elderly aunt in the wheelchair to be able to sit in her room because our flight wasn't until 5 pm. (we did in the end get an extra hour thanks to the night time staff). Other than the daytime front desk staff everything was wonderful!

Great hotel in Rome
Great location by the carvour train station. Really nice roof top hot tub and sitting area. Beautiful view of the city. Exceptionally clean and the family room we had for 5 adult ladies was perfect. Walking distance to the colosseum. The service for breakfast and the front desk staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly.

Friendly ,helpful accommodating reception staff .Veronica was especially helpful......good sized hotel room with all the amenities too. I loved the location so close to the ruins . Breakfast was fresh with lots of selection...hot and cold.

It was a great stay. Access to public transit right outside the building is great. Some staff were very helpful and approachable. Some were decent. Very Good Breakfast ! Internet in the room wasnt working the first day but they fixed it for the next 2 days. It was an inconvenience since we had to go to the lobby to use the internet.

Stylish hotel in Monti
A good place to spend a night in the Monti neighbourhood. Close to Colosseum. Clean, stylish and very good breakfast. Amazing views from the rooftop!
