Traveled with a business partner. She asked me to make a reservation but she was paying for the room. When we arrived the clerk refused to take her credit card saying she didnt make the reservation. When asked if he would let us split the cost, he refused. She suggested he cancel the reservation and rebook in her name and he refused. Hecouldnt tell us if it was a corporate policy or a site specific one. When we asked to speak to the manager, he said he wasnt there. I paid for the room and later called the main reservation number. I asked about the credit card policy and was told it was so people couldnt disput the charge. They also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I have traveled all over the US and theam world and have never been told I couldnt split the room charge or pay for a room that wasnt in my name. The young man was polite but very rigid and would not compromise. I will tell my traveling friends to avoid Travelodge and i will never use it again. I am apalled at this policy.

If the owners don’t like patrons showing them dirt from the floor on a towel, then clean the floors. Also if you don’t want me staying in your hotel due to my expectations, tell me and I will go elsewhere. Forgot that statement. I will go elsewhere.

Location is good, no air conditioning. Kids and adults yelling and running up and down the walkway. Extremely noisy up to 10 pm. Then after , furniture scraping and yelling heard through the night. Heard water running ALL night, a high pitched screech . I think the people next to us, on our south side were living there? Didn’t complain as I thought they were related.

The service at the hotel was horrible. The front desk worker has no customer service skills. My husband was drinking mineral water and he came to ask if that was an alcoholic drink and took the mineral water out of his hand and started smelling the drink!!!! Who does that?? He was wrongly accusing us of things without any proof and kept threatening to call the police in front of our kids and increasing his voice. We were there for 3 nights and in the middle of the night he would knock or call demanding not to be loud even though we were all sleeping. He did not realize that a group of teenagers couple doors down were loud and making all the noises. But no he automatically thought it was us! Also our microwave stopped working and he came and aggressively said it can not be fixed and walked out of the room speaking in his native language. When I asked him what his name was he started questioning why I need to know and that he has all the cameras on us. He finally told me at the end that his name is K.C. And that he does not have a manager. My kids were so frightened from this person that they don’t ever want to go to a hotel ever again. Also my boy was so afraid of him when he was woken up the second night he started crying and hiding under the blanket. My boy was so afraid that I had to leave the hotel and drive him in the car for him to feel safe and fall asleep. I tried to call to speak with the manager and was told that he is not on site or able to be contacted! Frightening
