I loved the hallway floors and the beauty of the building itself BUT I wish there had been a coffee machine and the ice machine was broken. Great central location! We walked everywhere!

It’s in the perfect area for shopping and eating you are walking distance from sooo many places including Stanley park and the train station where you can go further! People are pleasant there very nice. The bathroom fan didn’t work it sounded very loud when the light was on you couldn’t turn it off. The bed was comfy. It has stairs and I don’t think an elevator so it wouldn’t be wheelchair accessible by any means

Great value hotel, sheets were clean, towels had a vague hint of burnt sugar. Place has definitely seen better days, but for the price/location/staff I'm definitely staying here again!

Quaint and clown, exactly what we were looking for as two tired travelers. Our room was small by most standards, but we were only there to sleep, which made it perfect for our needs. Surrounded by so many highly reviewed restaurants and bakeries

Room was TINY! The air conditioner was in the window behind the thick curtain. We were on the main floor with the window facing a parking area, so could not leave the curtain open. The bed was against the wall in front of the window. No amenities in the room, just a bed and small desk. Altogether a terrible experience.
Front desk staff were rude, especially when we checked out. One compliment: the housekeeping staff were lovely.
