Not bad not good
Very far from the city centre , I asked for a good air-conditioner room , they ignored my request, very weak air-condition , when i asked to check it they told me open the window , they tried to make my husband pay extra charges , as they said your booking is for one person only although it was not , every night they stop us to check how many person in the room and what is the room number .

Great hotel close to metro and airport
When visiting Izmir I always stay at this hotel. It is clean, staff are extremely helpful and they provide an excellent breakfast. Close to amenities and Adnan Menderes Airport. There is a (metro) Izban a few yards away. I would recommend this hotel.

Average stay near Izmir airport
It’s OK if you need to stay in the Gaziemir area near the airport. It’s an average four star hotel (more like a three star hotel in other countries). Room was small and WiFi was slow. Breakfast was adequate. Good staff. Parking was challenging.

Excellent hygienic breakfast during covid. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. Fitness gym was well stocked with equipment. Restaurant next door lots of tables on street was tasty and cheap.
