Cool cave like rooms, but...
We had booked "Junior Suite with Caldera View and Private Jacuzzi - B" (Room 4 on the property). Positive points: 1.The room was clean and look like caves - very cool. 2.The view is amazing outside of the room. 3.The location is great, right in the middle of Fira. 4.Staff were also very friendly and checked us is earlier. 5.Breakfast was served everyday in the bar-restaurant with the caldera view! Negative points: 1. We had reserved this room between all of our options because we wanted to relax in a hot jacuzzi while enjoying the view but, jacuzzi was not hot and did not have the view as advertised in the pictures, WRONG pictures. The cold jacuzzi water was a known issue with the property as they have stated that their heating system is not capable of warming the water in the winter time. and this was the same for all other guests at other rooms as well. Also, the stairs are somewhat blocking the view too in room #4. 2. Here is a list of things that was in our booking but was not available : - 24-hour front desk - In-room safe - Almost all COVID 19 Hygiene related policies such as "Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between bookings." were ignored. - Down Duvet - Bathrobes Overall: Not worth the money in the winter time.

The location was good and the view was awesome! We chose this hotel for the private Jacuzzi, but ours was not working although other rooms’ were available. We told them and they said they will fix. But they never did. We were so excited for that, so very disappointed. We wished they could have moved us to another room which was working because we stayed 3 nights. The breakfast is good, but it is exactly the same every morning.
