Unfortunately my experience was very bad. I had one night in Toronto and arrived to the address (which is incorrect in the web site) at about 10pm. The elevator didn't work so I called them and they guided me by phone to find a lock in another building, get a key and then find a different entrance on the apartment's building (all this while it was raining and with my luggage).
Then I had to climb 3 floors up to the place, only to find out that the wifi doesn't work and THERE'S NO TOILET PAPER. Instead of sending someone immediately to fix this, the guy on the phone just says he was sorry and that's it.
The bed was cheap and very poor quality, so it's also unpleasant to sleep on it.
Only after I complained, they offered a 45 CAD refund.
