3rd PARTY AGENT SCAM - Hotel Manager had no record of our reservation. I confirmed the reservation as requested (24 hrs ahead of arrival along with their confirmation code). They would not provide a room; citing it was a 3rd party agent foul up, instead they threw us out... We love Expedia & have never experienced such poor behavior of the staff & management. They would not give me a refund so I have to put a claim with my credit card. Getting teeth pulled would be a more pleasurable experience.

Great views. Sheets and carpet very dirty. Light bulbs in several rooms were out. Owner never replaced light bulbs after emailing them. Pool very dirty.

Check in a Las 2pm la energía eléctrica se fue a las 4pm y no regreso hasta la hora del checkout el dia siguiente, no había papel higiénico y tuvimos que salir a comprar papel y linternas para pasar la noche, las velas no faltaron y por lo mismo no se.pudo usar la cocina porque todo era eléctrico, el Internet estaba suspendido cuando llegamos y tuvimos sólo 2 horas para disfrutar de todo el lugar, el jacuzzi igual no funcionó hasta el checkout y ya nos teníamos que retirar, Quisiera mi devolución o que programen otra noche de compensación porque la verdad pague por algo que no funcionó, el hoyel tenia generador para área del hotel pero no de apartamento y si pague para tener algo que no obtuve.
