We are 3 adults and they put us in a tiny room with a bunk bed! WTH! Room was extremely small and not many plugs to recharge our electronics. We all had luggage and no room for them all. The bathroom was tiny and the shower door didn’t shut so there was water all over the floor. No hand towels or enough towels for us all. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The hotel is a what you see, what you get place. Good location, in the heart of the city. A shopping mall opposite with everything you need. As we were visiting the falls it's a ideal place for a short stay. Be prepared as it's a budget ibis, rooms are small and basic, but clean and still practical.
