In general the hotel is a nice facility. One of the things that I am always looking for is away to do my own cooking. This hotel does not have a stove and the only thing that they offer you is n induction oven, which only have one burner. This is really inconvenient because you have to wait for one thing to be done before you start cooking the next. Also they do not have enough pots, I was given a medium size pot with no lid and a sautéed pan, both of them were not clean. The cleaning of the rooms is really mediocre, and they don’t even replace the items that have been used. For instance they did not replace the towel that you put on the floor after you shower and they did not refill the paper towels. I wish they can pay attention to these details that way people have a more comfortable stay.

Very clean campus, breakfast was good, in the morning the cleaning crew gathered at the elevators which made it hard for patrons to use and get to them. Floor 2 water ice machine makes a loud running water noise. I would stay here again.

Hilton Honors members directly call the property
My lack of enthusiasm is pointed at using the "Hotels.com" online process and less on this Hilton property in Stow OH. At no time did the online system process ever ask if I was already in the Hilton Honors Program. As a result, I am convinced that I paid a premium of over $50 dollars a day, despite paying in full in advance of arrival. Bad Process. I'll never use Hotels.com again.
