Bathroom toilet was kind of dirty, and during my stay the blinds stopped working so I had to sneak around my room in the dark. Staff was friendly and recommended a really nice German restaurant down the road. They also called a taxi for us since we had an early morning flight.

A very nice hotel, walking distance to train, food, and shops. I didn’t have this problem but a few others did that when they arrived to check in, they couldn’t get into the lobby and had trouble reaching someone by phone.

Das Hotel ist sauber, ebenso die Zimmer, Bad ect. Personal sehr freundlich. Was fehlt ist ein Aufzug. Zum schmunzeln: Parkplatzgebühr pro Tag 5 Euro, Logisgebühr pro Tag 5 Euro. Und für etwas fülligere Zeitgenossen, meine Badezimmertür hatte gerade mal ca. 40 cm Durchlass, also Bauch einziehen und quer hindurchmogeln.

Kopfkissen fehlten. Trotz Bitte an der Rezeption war abends immernoch keines da. Die Rezeption war schon ab dem späten Nachmittag nicht mehr besetzt. Vor der Buchung wurde angefragt, ob es barrierefreie Zimmer gibt. Dies wurde bestätigt. Nach der Buchung nochmals nachgefragt und bestätigt, dass das Zimmer barrierefreien Zugang hat. Dann vor Ort: langer Weg zum Gästehaus, viele Stufen bis zum Zimmer. Nachfrage an der Rezeption mit dem Ergebnis: Das Hotel hat für keines der Zimmer einen barrierefreien Zugang.
