Room with a view
The hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and appeared to have been updated recently. The room was of a good size and had a seperate living area, bathroom and bedroom. There were views out of every window looking out onto the river. There is free undergound parking which is very secure and I felt at ease leaving my car there. We ate at the hotel and the food was superb, especially the dumplings! The waiter could have been a little happier but everyone else we met was friendly and happy to help.

Das Hotel ist in einem wunderschönen Bau mit Superlage direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und professionell. Es Paßte alles super, und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Traumhaft
Wir können es nur so zusammen fassen - ein Traum. Wir sind von der Rezeption bis hin zum Nacht-Portier liebenswert und überaus freundlich behandelt worden. Die Zimmer extrem sauber und die Aussicht unbezahlbar wie auch die Lage. Wir haben schon einen neuen Besuch gebucht!

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Rhein und hat dementsprechend eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das geht trotz aller Bemühungen auch an den Fluren und Zimmern nicht ganz spurlos vorbei. Da unser Aufenthalt zur Weihnachtszeit war, glänzte der Haupttrakt des Hotels vor lauter Schmuck und Glitzer. Alles war mit sehr viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war alles zufriedenstellend, Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, der Ausblick vom Restaurant ist wunderschön. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich.

Hamnade i något annex utan aircondition, och grymt varmt, men vi få lärdom av det. Hotel utan aircon inget alternativ på sommaren. Huvuddelen otroligt fin och fantastiska parkeringsmöjligheter. Trevlig personal. Omgivningen fin men tråkig. Fin matsal och ok frukost.

Alles super. Nur ein Kellner war etwas muffelig, wenn meine Frau dann nach Süßstoff fragte für den Kaffee. Oder wir einen Aschenbecher benötigen. Aber nur einer. Alle anderen waren super. Das Hotel kann sich mit vielen 5 Sterne Unterkünften messen. Zu mindestens unser Zimmer. Es war uns ein vergnügen :-)
