Nice stay
Everything was good except room cleanup happened at the 4-6pm hour most says which was a bit inconvenient.

PROS: --- Convenient location, just a 5-10 minute walk to Westminster, and walking distance to Waterloo station and the London Underground --- Facilities appear to be pretty new --- Plenty of electrical outlets to charge your devices --- Pretty good views outside CONS: --- The lack of a shower curtain or a complete shower door meant that the bathroom floor would get very wet --- I understand that the photos are for reference only, but the room we got appeared much different than expected --- Check-in was slow, took us about 15 minutes to clear the line, and the service was just okay

Modern hotel with access to everything
Stayed 2 nights for business... Solo travel. The hotel was nice, modern and in a bit of a quieter area. The room is small but well laid out with a kitchen area that had a fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The bathroom was modern but compact. Quick access to the Lambton North tube station and easy walk to the Eye and Westminster but I also walked to Blackfriars, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and St. James Market... Walks were 25 to 35 minutes and that can get you to the popular spots. There is a Siansbury market and Pret a Manger steps away for snacks and quick meals so everything you need is within steps.

2nd time I've stayed here. Nice hotel overall. Beds could be better as the double bed was in effect two singles put together, meaning you can't sleep in the middle of the bed. Pillows could be better too. But overall, a nice property offering very good value.

Nice hotel, poor service.
This is a nice hotel in a less touristy part of London. I was mostly happy with the stay, except for the service. The room cleaners always came when my daughter took her afternoon nap. By the end of the weekend our garbage pails were filled with soiled nappies, but they did not help. I had to buy garbage bags at Sainsbury's and toss it myself. My only other issue with this hotel is the layout of the room. The living room, where they put the sofa bed for our daughter was big, but the bedroom was small. Notwithstanding these concerns, I would stay here again.
