Quarto mais em conta ruim
Já havia me hospedado outra vez e foi tudo ótimo. Porém dessa vez, como fico a trabalho peguei o quarto mais simples. Notei clara falta de cuidado para quem reserva a opção mais em conta. O quarto não tinha o mesmo padrão do restante da propriedade, parecia que haviam deixado um quarto ruim para quem quisesse pagar menos. Vaso correndo água sem parar e cobertas com cheiro muito ruim de falta de limpeza. Colcha furada. Parecia um quarto com as coisas velhas do hotel. Enfim, notei clara distinção para quem não reserva a opção mais cara do hotel. Isso também ocorreu em outras propriedades da rede.
