Arrive before 8pm
Reception refused to let me into room because I arrived at 830pm. Claimed that I had arrived after hours and that the after hours number provided was simply to tell people that they had arrived after hours and no help would be forthcoming.

Very Good
Had problems with our booking so we didn't get the room we expected. The room was okay. Not what we expected. A little cramped and the bathroom was separate not an ensuite. The host Mandy was fabulous and was so accomodating in trying to resolve our booking problem. Best breakfast and fabulous service by a Indy and her assistant.
