6/10 Good

Was.. average. Definitely expected more for the cost. My room didn’t even have heat, maintenance couldn’t fix it so they had to supply us with a smelly little space heater. Paid full price… likely won’t be back. Staff was the highlight, the service was incredible.

4/10 Fair

Disappointing stay
We were looking forward to our stay as it was our anniversary. Check-in was pleasant with no real wait. Friendly service. Go to our room, clean and spacious. We order room service for later that night, placed the order at around 4 asked for it to be delivered at 11. We came back to our room at around 10:50. By 11:15 we still ahvent received our meal I call and they say its coming. We didnt get our meal till 11:40 so clearly they forgot, to make it better we are offered 2 cans of coke. I figured ill mention it at checkout as its not acceptable to drop the ball like this. Especially at a hotel like this with the price tag. To make matters worse, the club music was so loud we couldnt sleep, music was playing till about 3 am. I wouldnt recommend this place if you enjoy sleeping at night. Fast forward to check out. They toom the room keys asked me if an email receipt was good and wished me a good day. Ive been to holiday inns where they ask you how was your stay. Clearly we werent important enough for an opinion. If you are going to spend your money and treat yourself go to another high end hotel. Bisha is disappointing to say the least

This is not really a good hotel for business traveler. Having said that it is probably a good destination for young couples looking to come spend time in Toronto.
