We saw a live mouse on the floor in the restaurant. Not great. Rooms were drafty. I left with a dry cough. Counter staff were pretty unhelpful too. I would not go back.

If you want to stay in a property where the staff do you a favor by checking you in. Your room is not made up in the second day of your visit, the server in the coffee shop takes your coffee order for breakfast and then dissapears never to be seen again, so only to appear again to ask you if you want your bill to which she dissapears again. Eventually I went to seek her out only to be told by her that the restaurant was very busy, I counted 25% of the tables were occupied. I did complain to the restaurant manager who told me that I was not the only person to complain. Then stay at Crowne Plaza Baltimore

The fan for the heat in the room was so loud that every time it went on/off I woke up. I was only there for one night right before an interview at BU and I could not sleep and it was too inconvenient to switch rooms at 2 AM. I ended up not sleeping well. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights and attending a 4 day conference in the ballroom in the Crowne Plaza. The lobby was nice and had some good seating. The staff at the hotel were great and friendly with the exception of the lobby bar/restaurant. We had a terrible experience with the restaurant and waited an hour for our food and the servers seemed very stressed and not friendly. The room was newly renovated and clean. Beds were very comfy however it was freezing in the room due to the heat being locked and not able to be turned on. After multiple requests we got a heater sent up and extra blankets. Some of our colleagues had no hot water - ours was ok but took time to heat up. The elevator was brutal - usually only 1 was working and the wait was long to get the elevator. The rate was reasonable but probably wouldn’t stay here again unless the mechanics of the hotel were updated.

Good location, nice walk to the waterfront. Parking was full so we parked across the street for $26 a day. Room was recently renovated and smelled like paint, you got used to it. They are missing ice machines. I couldn’t find one anywhere! The bar has some nice craft brews.

The most frightening experience ever! First, we could not even enter the hotel from the lobby. Signs directed us to walk to the Radisson next door (about a block away) to enter. The lobby looked like a Frat party complete with security. You had to check in also at the Radisson as the lobby was completely closed off. The sanitation station looked infected. The highlight was getting a refund and getting out of there as quickly as possible.
