The location on E 6th street was awesome. There was a great little restaurant downstairs and across the street was a brewery and a small market (great for picking up beer, wine, and snacks). Although there were several cool spots near the property, the shops and restaurants on South Congress were only an $8-$10 Uber ride away, and the bars and restaurants on West 6th were less than a mile/20 min walk.
The property itself was great. The building is a small apartment complex with both residents and short-term guests. Our unit was a small studio with a couch, Murphy bed, unfurnished balcony, and kitchen. The size was perfect for us as we don't tend to spend a lot of time in our room when traveling. The lobby had a Starbucks coffee machine (which we unfortunately didn't notice until the day we left). In addition to the gym there was also a cute little outdoor space.
Key codes were sent an hour or two before check in and getting the fob from the key Cafe was super easy. We were greeted by a super nice property manager on the way in as well. We didn't utilize parking but there was a parking pass hanging next to the door in the unit.
The only complaint I could see people having is that it was a little noisy outside at night, however in all fairness, it was Halloween weekend and there was a pub crawl going on at the restaurant downstairs.
Overall, we loved the property and would definitely stay here again!
