Seating issues with 2 bedroom suite

The room was amazing and everything worked well the only issue we had was we got a 2 bedroom suite and they had one 2 person couch and then wall with no seating on the side the chairs were not comfortable at the island to sit for extended periods could easily be remedied with another sofa or some comfortable chairs on the side with the wall, other than that everything was amazing just 4 adults had no room to sit comfortably together

Wonderful Place To Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay other than the picture of the place on the web did not match the place we were given. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to multiple restaurants and activities. We enjoyed our time there after adjusting to the place not matching the website photos.

Penthouse Suite!

Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. Plus a full kitchen. Will definitely recommend to family/friends. Would love to stay here again.

The space of the room was very nice the attendant at the desk was not rude but not friendly either the room itself was not cleaned properly trash and food that the last guest had were all over the room stains from food were all over whoever cleaned the room just glanced over so much it was a real disappointment from what I expected my experience to be

This app caused our reservation to be cancelled. We then got a room and were given keys to an occupied room with someone in bed and unpacked watching tv. We ran out and back to the front desk and were told “that happens a lot”. We finally got a room, it was nice, just absurd process

Good for family stays

We were traveling to Pittsburgh with our adult daughter, and the two-bedroom unit gave us a great way to stay together but to have our own rooms. The living room and the kitchen were great to have, as was the washer and dryer in the unit. The place was very functional, but very stark too--bare bones in terms of furnishings and kind of "cold" feeling. But the employee working the front desk was AMAZING--super kind and helpful and welcoming. So a great place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh, but don't expect any ambiance.

it was good....got checked in Friday night but the desk must not have confirmed our check in because they had us a a no show on Saturday and they had us as not there. i got that cleared up that night so we thought.....then on Sunday they didn't have us in the system again as being there. Either way we stayed and it all worked out. We like it there and will go back again

Amazing room

Beautiful room, with amazing views of the downtown area. This is a full apartment , not just a hotel. There are great common areas with activities on each floor and the rooftop. Absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows, great if you enjoy playing with an audience

Affordable and clean

I was pleasantly pleased with my stay. Room was overall tidy and staff was friendly. Check in and out was super easy. Parking was extra $30/day but it was on site and covered, although it is tight. I will happily return
