Best capsule hotel!
Exceeded my expectations for a capsule hotel! Bed was super comfortable, the staff were all so nice, and the free beer happy hour was definitely a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Capsule hotel.
Comfort is at 4 due to the capsule format, just not as comfortable but usually well priced for the area. Nice events such as free beer happy hour.

Great take on capsule hotels
The Millennials is an interesting take on the Capsule hotel format. If you want to save money and have more privacy than a bunk style hostel this is the place.

Great capsule hotel!
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Shibuya station and close to all the bars and nightlife. The bed was actually bigger than any other capsule hotel I've stayed at in Japan and everything was very clean and modern. And they serve free beer at 5:30pm which is always nice!

Pros and cons
Pros: clean overall, friendly staff, comfortable beds, lockbox available under your bed, free coffee is a huge bonus it saved us a few bucks. Cons: I had to switch rooms twice because the first night they were overbooked (honestly this didn't really matter we were going straight to bed anyway, but it was a hassle getting everything out of mine and my husband's suitcase) and the second time the bed remote didn't work so we had to switch floors again. Most nights the air conditioning was barely on so we woke up sweating a lot. The elevator is very slow so don't accidentally forget anything in your room!
