This was a fantastic capsule hotel. Had a really good experience surrounded by good people. The reception staff were amazing, Miro and the other ladies (sorry dont remember the name). They were jsu kind friendly bunch. At the millenials, you get free breakfast and then there is free beer from 5 30 to 6 30pm. Great design in the common areas.

Best capsule hotel!
Exceeded my expectations for a capsule hotel! Bed was super comfortable, the staff were all so nice, and the free beer happy hour was definitely a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Capsule hotel.
Comfort is at 4 due to the capsule format, just not as comfortable but usually well priced for the area. Nice events such as free beer happy hour.

Great take on capsule hotels
The Millennials is an interesting take on the Capsule hotel format. If you want to save money and have more privacy than a bunk style hostel this is the place.

Great capsule hotel!
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Shibuya station and close to all the bars and nightlife. The bed was actually bigger than any other capsule hotel I've stayed at in Japan and everything was very clean and modern. And they serve free beer at 5:30pm which is always nice!

Pros and cons
Pros: clean overall, friendly staff, comfortable beds, lockbox available under your bed, free coffee is a huge bonus it saved us a few bucks. Cons: I had to switch rooms twice because the first night they were overbooked (honestly this didn't really matter we were going straight to bed anyway, but it was a hassle getting everything out of mine and my husband's suitcase) and the second time the bed remote didn't work so we had to switch floors again. Most nights the air conditioning was barely on so we woke up sweating a lot. The elevator is very slow so don't accidentally forget anything in your room!

Perfect for solo travelller
The entrance is hard to find. The curtain is of great quality, the drawback is that you will be waken up by someone opening/closing their curtain. The projector room requires you to chromecast your own content. The ipod that they give you should have a function to access internet or have some channel pre-installed. The fan inside the pod is loud, and it will get very hot if you switched on the projector. The sofa/bed is great. Free coffee in the common room was great. And all the staffs that I dealt with speak understandable english. I was placed on the 6th floor, and there are 3 shower stalls and 3 toilets. Coin operated laundry on site. Great for solo traveller.

Nice stay in Shibuya!
I enjoyed staying at this pod hotel – – it was exceptionally clean and I really liked staying on the art floor. Millennials is about an 8 walk to the Shibuya train station in about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Harajuku. I would say the downsides are that you can easily hear others talking and the under the bed storage is generous length-wise and width-wise but not height-wise (my carry-on suitcase was small but expanded, so it was fat, and I had to take things out to make it fit), and there’s only one elevator which is very slow.

リビングスペース、ワークスペース、ベッド、シャワー、全てが快適でした。 今回出張で利用しましたが、仕事ができる環境がばっちり整っているのでフリービールも正当化されたはず。 必ずまた来ます!

Cody Pod Stay in Shibuya
This was my first time in a capsule hotel and while I don’t think it’s my cup of tea, this one was beautifully done. For someone who was unfamiliar even to hostel living, the whole experience was pleasant and really well thought out. The “pod” while small actually has what you need and space for two large bags like I had. The privacy afforded was better than expected and I felt my items were safe in lieu of being able to fully lock my area. The on floor bathrooms were clean and well equipped and laundry, though not used, seemed similarly done. The two common spaces were spacious and comfortable and the shared kitchen well maintained and spotless. Overall this is a great deal in a wonderful location, especially if you want to save money but still have a comfortable stay.
