Exceptional 10.0
Great Capsule hotel.
Comfort is at 4 due to the capsule format, just not as comfortable but usually well priced for the area. Nice events such as free beer happy hour.

Great take on capsule hotels
The Millennials is an interesting take on the Capsule hotel format. If you want to save money and have more privacy than a bunk style hostel this is the place.

Great capsule hotel!
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Shibuya station and close to all the bars and nightlife. The bed was actually bigger than any other capsule hotel I've stayed at in Japan and everything was very clean and modern. And they serve free beer at 5:30pm which is always nice!

Pros and cons
Pros: clean overall, friendly staff, comfortable beds, lockbox available under your bed, free coffee is a huge bonus it saved us a few bucks. Cons: I had to switch rooms twice because the first night they were overbooked (honestly this didn't really matter we were going straight to bed anyway, but it was a hassle getting everything out of mine and my husband's suitcase) and the second time the bed remote didn't work so we had to switch floors again. Most nights the air conditioning was barely on so we woke up sweating a lot. The elevator is very slow so don't accidentally forget anything in your room!

Perfect for solo travelller
The entrance is hard to find. The curtain is of great quality, the drawback is that you will be waken up by someone opening/closing their curtain. The projector room requires you to chromecast your own content. The ipod that they give you should have a function to access internet or have some channel pre-installed. The fan inside the pod is loud, and it will get very hot if you switched on the projector. The sofa/bed is great. Free coffee in the common room was great. And all the staffs that I dealt with speak understandable english. I was placed on the 6th floor, and there are 3 shower stalls and 3 toilets. Coin operated laundry on site. Great for solo traveller.
