Boutique oasis in the middle of RiNo
The check in girl was clueless and rude, but the rest of my stay was fantastic. I ran out of cream for my coffee and they had some up to me within 2 minutes (the coffee however, is awful!!) The rooms are beautiful, comfy, classy and the bed was like a cloud. The shower pressure was ok, jsut ok, but the vanity was lovely and the area was fun, tons of great restaurants and bars. Definitely get a cocktail downstairs, it was incredible, best bourbon drink I have ever had.

Horrible Stay
The hotel is nice overall but did not live up to the hype. Amenities were limited and the functionality of the room was very odd. Looks as if they builders were trying to be innovative and failed. Doors have keys with an odd way to open, lights are controlled by a master switch so it’s a pain when you need to turn on/off lights. Massive homelessness surrounds the hotel. There are great dining options in the area that were pretty good though. Also the beds were very uncomfortable to include the pillows!

Wonderful anniversary
This was a great hotel. The staff was wonderful. Right in the heart of the RINO district. I love the old warehouse aesthetics.

Great + Vibey Stay
Love this property and would stay again for sure. The only small issue is that I asked for a much later checkout and mentioned I would pay a fee, and they charged me $190 for a 3pm check out. That also happened to be the amount I paid for a full night stay so it was a bit absurd. I stay in numerous hotels as I travel for business, so I know late check outs can be hit or miss. It’s just a bit over the top to charge so much for a few extra hours in the hotel (of which I spent all my time and actually purchased breakfast and lunch in the hotel = more revenue). The hotel has a great vibe and decor and was comfortable for sure.
