Quiet, Convenient, New, W/ Restaurant and Coffee
Was able to check in a few hours early. Nice, clean, conveniently located. Stayed on a Saturday night, had breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Restaurant was the best part too. Great service. Front desk was good. There's also a coffee place as well that was on the bottom level. I liked that the elevator had a security feature only allowing those with room keys to access the rooms. Parking was tight and bit far back behind the hotel, but that's the same in some cities. Room was quiet. Wish I booked the same hotel for later in the week! Would choose this again if I had to stay in the area again. It's close to the main shopping mall in the area, and plenty of places to eat that are within a few blocks drive.

Nice hotel! Bring your own pillow though.
The security is great to get to your rooms. The people were very nice. Parking was convenient and plentiful. My bad guest issue was there was no microwave and the pillows suck. Other than that, I’d stay there again!

Dirty rooms and rude staff.
This was a terrible experience. The hotel advertised it was a non smoking location, however my floor had an extremely strong smoke smell. When I complained to management they made little to no effort to improve the situation. My room was not clean, hair left in the bathtub and on the towels. Countertops were left greasy from previous guest, parking was terrible, and front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Do not be fooled by the four star rating this property is very low tier. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Not staying again
The hotel is newer and decent. I like the bed and the pillows. My husband did not like the pillows. Our bathroom sliding door was broken so it was VERY hard to close and open. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors talking until 2:30am. Like every. single. word. They kept saying the F word when I have my 3 kids with me. Overall, I will not stay there again.
