8/10 Very good

Don’t bank on In room dining.
Our fourth time at the resort. Beautiful weather, used the Nordic spa, however fully planned on utilizing room service that was supposed to be open until 10 pm. Phones were not answered, and front desk gave us no alternatives from 9:30 onwards, just continued to put us through to the dining line which rang endlessly. Because of this we all went to bed hungry. Nobody seemed to mind when we called the front desk and advised of this. Peculiar.

Staff are very welcoming and polite. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. The building itself can be noisy as you can hear people, families, and dogs in the other rooms nearby. Overall it was a great stay.

Not a good experience
We were definitely looking forward to this stay following our day at the Nordic spa and the final night of our week-long trip. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The check-in process was confusing, the room was in poor condition (very dirty, stained furniture, broken lock on the door entering the room, electrical outlets not working, fridge not working, etc. We did bring up the concerns to the front desk and were partly compensated. The bathroom was nicely updated and the bed was comfortable. Considering the cost for value, we likely won’t stay here again.
