A little oasis in Chiang Mai
We loved this little retreat down an alley off the left bank of the Ping River. Chiang Mai definitely suffers from a serious pollution issue and this lush, green landscape was a nice reprieve from the bustle and grit of the city—plus the air conditioner was an absolute bonus in extreme heat. We never took breakfast though it looked decent, if a bit Westernized (when there’s so much good Khao Soi to be had in the city, why bother?). We did rent a scooter, per their recommendation and it was high quality and easy and not hotel prices expensive. We would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel in Chiang Mai
Great hotel and value overall. Big room and bathroom. Great service. Good breakfast, but the Thai dishes were overly salted. Out of the way location in run down neighborhood, but not unsafe. We used GRAB Taxi a lot and walked sometimes about 15 minutes to night market areas and 20+ to the old city center.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
This place was awesome!! The room and hotel were clean and the place was adorable! We walked to a night market only a km or so away, and it was a perfect location for getting around the rest of Chiang Mai. The room is huge and they provide delicious breakfast every morning. There is an amazing view of the city and the mountains from the pool too! Overall, we had an amazing stay, and we will without a doubt be staying here again next time we stay in Chiang Mai!

Will stay there again
It was a neat and cute hotel with clean and good size room. The environment and deco made everything relaxing and satisfying. It would be more helpful for the staffs to be equipped to make recommendations on places to go, and/or having more info on local tours at the hotel. This can definitely be compensated with just a walk at the old city, carrying a tonnes of tourist info centers. Location wise, this hotel is tucked in an alley west to the main areas. But with this price and environment, I wouldn't mind having those extra minutes of walking, or a tuktuk ride.

Loved it!
I really liked this hotel. It was very comfortable, clean and the WiFi was good. The pool was really small so I didn’t bother getting in. My air conditioning unit didn’t work in my first room so I was moved to another room which I absolutely loved. They have bicycles and motorcycles to rent for free and the front desk staff were excellent (especially Sai and Jain) Not in old city but really close on foot. They speak reasonably good English so communicating wasn’t a headache. My only criticism is they don’t serve dinner and there is no vending machine. Oh! Some rooms have the bathroom opposite the kitchenette which is I find disgusting. Will definitely stay there again
