JM Marvel Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

Clean and beautifully decorated. Outstanding breakfast and rooftop bar. Excellent location near all major attractions. Staff speaks English well and can answer all your questions. Staff is very kind and attentive. We booked two separate nights (took a cruise on Halong Bay) and upon our return our room was ready and our stored luggage was waiting in our room. Also, we were upgraded and "Welcome Home" was spelled out in rose petals on our bed. This is the type of dedication and professionalism you can expect from the staff. When we left we were presented with small gifts and the people at the front desk escorted us to our car. Exactly as family would treat you when you leave. This truly was a 5 star experience and would highly recommend this hotel

This is the 4th time I’ve been to Hanoi and this hotel is by far the best one I have stayed at. I will definitely be staying here again. It’s a small boutique hotel, but the service, cleanliness, and location was perfect. I was very impressed, especially for a hotel that has only been open for a few months. The decor was beautiful, shower pressure was good, and I had zero complaints.

The JM Marvel Hotel and Spa in the Old Quarter of Hanoi was fantastic. The minute my wife and I walked in the door we knew we booked the right place on www.hotels.com . The staff was beyond fabulous and did everything they could and then some to make your stay enjoyable. Don't be shy as they'll answer any questions and point you in the right direction. Also, don't leave without getting a massage at the spa it was spectacular. Their rooftop bar on a busy night will entice you with amazement to watch the symphonic traffic movements that make zero sense to those not from Vietnam. Truly it was a wonderful experience and when I return I'll be staying at the JM Marvel without question.

We stayed for one night between arriving in Hanoi and leaving for a Ha Long Bay Cruise. The staff were very friendly. They checked us in and brought us to our rooms right away. The room was very nice and seemed like it was just redone with modern amenities. The hotel only had 4 rooms per floor so it was very quiet and you felt like you were the only ones there. In the morning breakfast was a nice buffet with many options as well as an egg station. Would highly recommend staying even if only a night.

My stay was great. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend/family member traveling to the area.
