The hosts are super friendly, nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The B&B is close/walking distance to the underground which is very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Delightful and Charming
Choosing a bed and breakfast or a more traditional hotel is a personal choice. If you choose to go with the former, 69TheGrove wins. The host, Kanley, could not be more welcoming. Upon arrival we sat with him and talked for about 20 minutes. Gave us a chance to know him and him us. Each morning at the delicious and filling breakfast, he once again greeted us with his warm presence and big smile. He made each guest feel special as did the rest of the staff. He was happy to answer all our questions and help us in any way possible. All transport links are within walking distance. In the end, we feel we definitely made the right choice and would make the same choice again if we stayed in the Vauxhall, London area.

Great location (happily close to my office) very close to Vauxhall train, tube & bus station. Quiet leafy cul-de-sac in central London with a brilliant little cafe & deli on the corner. Host was very warm in welcoming and accommodating me with some unusual timing issues I had around check out. Room was super comfy, great shower (which is important to me!). Couldn't recommend more strongly, excellent value with lovely hosts and great location.
