Georgianne Inn & Suites, Tybee Island

Easy check in and easy to find. Great location near the beach. It was walking distance to everything we came for. Furniture was dated but wasn't an issue.

This was a charming place. However Expedia promised me oceanfront and we had a room that was partially underground. Only view we had was hallway and a building. Not acceptable at the beach. They could do nothing because Expedia booked it. Will never stay there again and will not use Expedia unless forced to do so. Had fun in spite of Expedia.

The property itself was adorable on the outside, and in a great location. They had a pool and seating areas, and a great place to park for ONE vehicle. The check in/out process was a little outdated and located in a completely different location, which i was unaware of initially. The people were super nice and friendly. The room had comfortable beds and although it was small, it was well stocked with extras. I do have to say that it was not very clean, however. The carpet absolutely had NOT been vaccumed prior to our stay, and the furniture looked like it had NEVER been vaccumed underneath. (And there was a dead baby roach on the bathroom wall.) Overall it was an ok stay, and i would stay again......but not sure it would be on my "must stay again" list.

We stayed in suite 8 which is a one bedroom, ground floor, king size bed. The pool was wonderful. It’s salt water and heated. The walk to the beach was very easy. About 5 minutes to walk to the board walk for beach access. There are wooden swings on the beach. Sunrise is spectacular at this location. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with what you need. There is a street tacos restaurant across the street. They were delicious! Some nights they have live music. There is a convenient store across the street. Down the road is a breakfast restaurant serving a buffet. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Check in was fast, our unit was good And clean but the bath is very small, we‘ve been at the first level so you can hear the neighbors above, the way to the beach is easy to walk and there are a couple of restaurants across the street

The location was fantastic for our family trip! Great coffee shop across the street, Drift. Great taco shop, Chamcos, and good dinner at Sting Rays. Beach right behind us, free private parking. Quiet at night.

Nice place, could use some updating, water damage, ext. The carpet smells a bit moldy. Great location, on the beach. Nice pool area.

Overall, it was a good stay. My family booked the 3 bedroom unit, during mid-July. The room was very spacious, as promised. They loved that there was a kitchen, living space and washer/dryer. They also loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also open and never seemed crowded. The two cons were that (1) the checkin/checkout process happened in a different location; somewhat inconvenient. (2) The unit wasn't completely clean upon checkin. The bunk bedroom hadn't been swept in that there were chip bags and soda can under the bed. Many of the living area surfaces hadn't been wiped as there were smudges and cup rings on multiple surfaces. The fact that we're dealing with COVID, where cleanliness is key, made these findings all the more disappointing.

Love the location and we booked the family suite which had so much room

This property did have beach access that wasn't far to walk, about 5 minutes to get to the beach. We rented room 5 and it was terrible! So bad that we asked to be moved to a differet property of theirs. It was dirty, smelly, ketchup and mustard on the ceiling, a dirty washcloth was still in the shower so I had to wonder if it was even cleaned. It was very small and cramped. I don't know what their other rooms were like, but I would never rent this one again. On a positive, management did work with getting us into the Tybee Hotel after the first night staying in this room, but it cost us more.
