Amazing hotel, service and care one of the best
The best hotel in Cusco. The care they give you is second to none. Most welcoming hotel i have ever stayed in with the best staff to take care of you. Victor you are a diamond in the rough I am so happy we got to meet you!

The owner was delightful. We had WiFi Robles but he tried very hard to sort them. Rosa who organised our tours is lovely and organised a surprise cake when she found out it was my birthday. The location is a. It out of the way so you need to not mind waking .

Great Hotel, Great Hospitality
It was our best stay during our 2 weeks Peru-Bolivia trip. The owner Victor made the whole difference. He made sure we had a great stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Poor 2.0
False advertisement and rude owner
Lied on the website that they had a king bed when what they actually had was two twins pushed together. Next morning we told the owner that the availability of a king bed was one of the main reason why we booked Ureta. When we returned from our tour that night all he offered was to separate the twin beds. Not sure how that’s a solution after pulling a bait and switch on us and refusing to make it right after we pointed out their cheap scam. After seeing how upset we were they promised to get us a king bed the next day. My wife and I decided to sleep in after a tiresome schedule with a “do not disturb” sign when the owner basically kicked us out of the room saying he needs to change the mattress. We told him that we had just woken up and need an hour to clear out of the room. The owner said he can’t wait so my wife and I just stood out on the hallway for an hour while he installed the new bed himself. If you want the actual bed you paid for & privacy of “do not disturb” this is not the hotel you want to book.

Best Hotel in Cusco
My family and I stayed here on our way to hike the Incan Trail and visit Machu Picchu. The owner, Victor, and his staff were extremely accommodating and kind. You receive a level of personal service and attention that is rarely found today in the service industry. On our way back from the Machu Picchu hike four days later, we stayed at a different hotel that was equally rated since Ureta had no vacancies. Wow...what a disappointment this other hotel was even though it had a good rating. I'd strongly recommend staying here if in Cusco.
