Loved the heritage feeling and the wrap around balcony for the rooms on the first floor in the heritage part of the hotel. Service was also great and friendly, and location was perfect for downtown.

Hidden Gem
Check in was smooth and friendly. Bed and pillow were dreamy, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Just could do with hooks for toiletry bags and a magnifying mirror- small touches that are very helpful. Overall loved our room. Love the old and new blend of the renovated hotel as it has a very cool and chic vibe. We are all planning to return for another staycation. Breakfast available Sundays only.

Terrible. Worst service by reception staff. I checked in late after midnight, stayed only 2 days and they wouldn't allow me to checkout even 1hr later (at 11am), rushed me out because they had double booked this room to someone else. roof top bar wasn't available to me to visit because it was booked for private function and guests don't matter.

Great hotel in the city centre
This was our third stay at the hotel, we like it because of all the restaurants within a very short distance. We got the room with a bath, the bath is big and does not take long to fill. Great for soaking in after all the walking we did at the DFOs. The staff were as always, very helpful.

Convenient to nightlife.
Was offered ambulant room due to hotel being full, however was given normal room. Bit small but as it was only for one night it was OK- coffee was bags and not pods which was disappointing as had brought own pods to use as the two bags would have been insufficient for two people. Location was good. Staff friendly.

Lovely stay at the melbourne hotel . Its was a very enjoyable stay with a nice and clean room staff were very nice as well. Little issue with the payment of the parking offsite which the hotel has an agreement with. But didn't spoil the stay.
