      Great last minute hotel

      Needed a hotel after missing flight. Great choice. Comparatively reasonable rates, especially as last minute on New Years Eve! Downside ... they call themselves an airport hotel but no shuttle.

      Not a pleasant stay

      My fly was delayed , so asked for late check out the font desk attendant say could me a 1 pm lake check out’ surprisedly next morning at exactly 11 am the where knocking a my door that I have to leave the room ,if I didn’t the will charge me . What a horrible experience I will never stay at that hotel ever , I travel a lot for work I like holiday inn but this property is horrible whit the service they offer

      When we arrived to check in, there was only one guest at the counter. We were not acknowledged for 5-10 minutes and then asked to wait because the system was down. It would have been nice to be informed of the technical difficulties instead of being ignored while we were holding all of our luggage. There were also multiple long strands of hair in the bed under the covers. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own blanket.

      No shuttle as advertised

      If there is no airport shuttle do not advertise that there is. Very inconvenient we had to order an Uber to Logan when we could have stayed at the airport for the same price.

      We had to switch rooms because the bathroom clogged up and no one was there to fix it. Also we had people next to us partying all night screaming loud music banging the door. I called downstairs it took them 45mins to knock on there door. It was very disappointing from last time we stayed there a year ago.
