This was my boyfriend and I's first experience in Mexico and at an all-inclusive resort and it was great. It took us some adjusting to how these places run, like with scheduling dinner and events, but we had a great time. The resort is clean and always being maintained by their staff, who were all very friendly. We liked the options of things to do at this resort during the day and night, but we wish there was a bit more going on in the evenings since there was usually just one event at about 9:30pm each night and if it wasn't something you were in to there wasn't anything else to do except hang out at one of the bars or wander the grounds. I liked the variety of food options they have, but the quality of food is what you might expect for all-inclusive. We knew it wouldn't be the most amazing food, but for the most part it was good. Vora Mar and Olios were our favorites, as well as getting made-to-order tacos from the lunch buffet. The service across the whole resort is excellent and the pool servers make it a point to remember you and your drink order. We loved it so much were hoping to go again and bring some friends with us next time.

My husband and I spent 5 days at Haven Riviera Cancun in December. Such a wonderful place, only 20 min from airport. The resort has amazing pools, gorgeous beaches and a great staff.. Definitely we will return to this resort..

Overall excellent experience. Not over packed. We were able to get into every restaurant we wanted. Great food and drinks. Entertainment was ok. Pools were great.
