I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. The location is the ultimate spot to experience all of Rome. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful (they speak English). We never had to worry about what to do or how to get there because they were always there to help! Rooms are cleaned everyday and there is a fridge full of drinks and snacks that you can take for a very reasonable price. Can not recommend this place enough!

This place is amazing. We were treated so well. The owners went above and beyond. They arranged tours, taxis, recommended restaurants, gave us maps and info for all the best places to visit in Rome. They answered so many questions for us and helped us enjoy our visit to Rome to the fullest. Room amenities!!! Coffee machine!! Straightening Iron, towel warmer. We had a street view the first night then moved to our deluxe balcony. A hidden gem. The balcony opens to a quiet indoor open courtyard. It was cool, quiet and serene. You could hear the birds and sometime the choir from the Church near by. A true Italian feel. I loved this place but I loved te people who run it even more.

Accidentally had booked a room with 2 single beds and when I spoke to the staff they were able to change it to what I initially wanted without any extra fees. Catherine who works there is amazing assisting and helping with anything and would go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend to use this place.

We loved the Foro Romano Luxury Suites. Katharine and Pino were so helpful from the moment we arrived. They gave us helpful tips about the areas to explore close to us, a detailed map which they marked for us, ideas for great restaurants within walking distance and were available for any questions or needs we had. Also, this place is a GREAT LOCATION. WE were able to walk to most areas of interest which was great. We were close to the Colosseum, the Forum, Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus, Trastevere and more. The place itself was so clean and comfortable and had water and snacks daily and more for our personal use. We loved it and the owners were such a great help. They carried our bags to and from our room and also got us a private car to the airport for the same price as a taxi. If we get back to Rome, we will definitely stay there again. Also, we would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome. This place is a gem!

From the moment we arrived Catherine and her husband made us feel at home. The small hotel is located a short walk from the Foro Romano , the Vittorio Emanuele II Altar to the Fatherland and the Coloseum. Everything you need is in walking distance .

Fantastic hotel run by the most wonderful couple
We absolutely loved our stay here - the couple running the hotel were so welcoming, and could not have done more to make us feel at home!! The rooms were clean and bright, and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the Santa Maria della Consolazione church, and Rupe Tarpea... so even had historic Rome right outside the window! The location is fantastic - the Roman Forum is minutes away, and the Colloseum is only a 15 min walk away (via some beautiful historic sights... though the walk will probably take you longer than 15 mins due to stopping to take in the views/take photos etc!) Despite being in such a great location, the hotel was tucked away in a relatively quiet spot... and has a few fantastic gems nearby. If you stay here, pop round the corner to "I fienili di Pannella Carmela" and see the fantastic Lorenzo, who'll make you the best sandwich and recommend a great bottle of wine to go with it. We'll definitely come back to Rome, and will certainly stay here again!
