I’m a frequent traveler. My stay at this hotel was below my expectation. I often went on trips with my elderly aunt staying at hotels that have accommodation for the elderly. I love the room it offers. My aunt died last year. I booked at this hotel with accommodation request and not impressed. All night there was this loud intermittent noise keeping us up. The shower head would not stay up, and the water kept flowing into the bathroom floor (walk-in for handicap guests). We had to use towels to block the water. It was late when we checked in and after we returned from dinner.

Our family likes this hotel a lot for our road trips from Colorado to Washington. It's pet friendly and it is a perfect overnight spot. The only subpar experience was the breakfast. Good coffee, but eggs were not. Low selection of items was very minimal. I'm sure you're trying to keep food costs down so you don't have to raise rates, but it's at the edge of what's a reasonably edible meal.

I had an OK stay here. I was on the back side of the building facing the freeway and airport, VERY loud. The staff at the front desk was surly and uninspiring. I did not receive an upgrade or any benefit for being a Platinum traveler with Hotels.com
