Fabulous place on the edge of Whitby
Stayed for just one night as part of our exploration of the great North East coast and really wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in room 4 which was a delightful suite with a mezzanine bedroom. The room was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was fantastic with the most amazingly powerful shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite and made our stay really enjoyable. We had dinner in the pub restaurant which was a true delight as was the complimentary breakfast. Outstanding food and incredible service. Could not fault a thing.

Amazing hotel and staff
We had an amazing stay for my 40th birthday. After a disastrous start with our car breaking down and having a stressful night the staff went out of there way to accommodate us and really are understanding and would like to say a big thank you from the both of us. The place itself was stunning and the food was amazing and plentiful. The room we had was lovely and quirky loved it. The whole place was stunning and beautiful and grounds too and only 15mins on the park and ride straight to whitby. Which was great as we had no car 😔😔😔 but will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 for customer service thank you again guys xxxxxxx

We had a wonderful break, the stable accommodation is excellent, spotless with everything you need . The staff are excellent making every effort to ensure you have a safe relaxing stay. The COVID measures are first class, so there is no need to worry as all precautions are undertaken. The restaurant serves an excellent selection of delicious food, would highly recommend staying at the Cross Butts Stables. Many thanks and we will return in the not to distant future .

Excellent B&B.
Excellent stay in a mezzane room, check in was so easy. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and accommodating. Every possible precaution put in place with the current COVID Restrictions, which made us feel so secure. Would recommend you book the restaurant as the food is amazing with delicious local fare. Would definitely book again. Location is opposite the Whitby park and ride- so convenient for travelling into town.
