It was good

Drove 3hrs got there at 3:30 but room wasn’t ready, didn’t actually get into our room til 7pm, dirty dishes, no toilet paper we pretty much had to go to the Front Desk 3 or 4 times. This hotel is also connected to the Four Points hotel which everyone seemed to spend more time in, we’ll know better next time. On check out we complained and we were told “ Sorry can’t do nothing about it and hopefully the next time u stay here you’ll have a better experience. We’ll definitely pass! New but cheap hotel you could probably put your finger through the walls. Not to mention short on staff so don’t expect anything special like checking in by 3. Would not not recommend this establishment to my enemies.

On the first night there was a gap in the door where wind would blow through making a howling sound, we had to take a towel and close the door on the towel. I asked the front desk if they could have someone look at it as it was an easy fix. Came back from a day at the doctors and still no repair, howling was loud and keeping us awake. The 2nd night we used a towel again when we closed the door to stop the sound so we could sleep.

The rooms are spacious and clean and always stocked well the morning breakfast which is complimentary is better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed and the evening reception is so welcoming - the staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area

Stayed here while visiting for mall shopping. Our studio room was so spacious and had everything you'd need to make a little homemade meal if you wanted. The best part was the continental breakfast. A chef cooked a couple of personalized things each morning, the first day being pancakes and the second day was breakfast tacos. We loved it! We would stay here again next time we're in town.
