    Disappointed
Staff were rude. When asked for a roll-on bed, Tried to pass off responsibility to hotels.com before even asking questions about our room size. Said it wouldn't fit. When we said we had a deluxe room he said oh ok will send one up. Did not apologize. Wifi didn't work more than half the time. Shower would not drain properly

    Good 6.0
Stayed for 4 nights and since day 1 wi-fi didn't have reception in the room, telephone in the room didn't work at all totally blank. Reported to three different personnel and all said they will send someone to check it out. Not 1 person ever got back with us for any explanations whatsoever. good thing we didn't have an emergency requiring telecommunications. Rooms are on the small side.

Should NOT be labelled as 4 star Hotel
The room had cockroaches, breakfast was very bad...no good choices at all...plus the scrambled eggs looked like vomit. The Servers in the breakfast area cannot speak or understand English. So if you want or need anything? good luck with that. For a 4Star Hotel the breakfast was one of the worst ever I have see...

    Pretty good.
Place is fine. Rooms are big and clean. Disappointed that the “gym,” which the website said was open 24 hours, closes at 9.00pm. Friendly staff.

    bad Housekeeping
I reached late in the night and the check-in was fine. Not too great but nothing to complain about either. My biggest problem was with the cleaning services. They would not do my bed daily. It was still undone and messy by the time I came back in the evening. I would leave empty take away coffee cups next to the dustbin so that any drops of coffee left over wouldn’t leave a stain in the dustbin. They were not cleared out. And also the mugs they provide in the room were not cleaned daily( I had used them the previous day). They weren’t even rinsed and kept back.

    Beyond a ‘typical’ ibis
This ibis is way beyond my expectations and beyond the standard of a ‘typical’ ibis. One feedback is to train your staff to greet well. I met one in the lift who didn’t bother to greet nor to even hold the lift for the guests (ie me and my bro) to get out first before he rushed out himself. For a three star hotel I won’t complain bout that. But since it’s such a great hotel beyond a typical three star, addressing this would make it comparable to a four star.
