At checkin I was told by the desk manager that 3rd party bookings do not guarantee the suites we reserved and paid for... they did not have any. Then the shower valves did not work, there were only two towels, several areas of the room were in disrepair (lights broken, handheld diverter broken, ac was very rattly and loud. The desk staff was not helpful or friendly.
