Exquisite stay near Amtrak and campuses
What a delightful place to stay. So beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful cozy first floor lounge, the adjacent restaurant was terrific. Room was top notch and beautfully furnished. Convenient to Amtrak station and the universities.

“Do not Disturb”
I stayed at The Study for two nights in January 2023. Shortly after I arrived in my room, I placed the “Do Not Disturb” placard on the door handle. Still, housekeeping knocked anyway to ask when I was going to check out the first time around. Nice rooms, fairly clean. Lifted up the leather pad on the desk and the table had pencil marks from previous guests that were not wiped down. Good internet speed, the front desk service was good, and the bar/restaurant was good. Friday morning before my noon check out, I still had the “Do Not Disturb” placard on the door handle and housekeeping knocked anyway and woke me up from my sleep to ask me what time I was going to check out. I am not sure if this is a policy of the hotel to disturb guests but I was not happy being disturbed from my sleep. I hope that they do not continue this practice of disturbing guests while the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door handle. Aside from being disturbed, great location to stay around the University City area.

Good but nothing special.
It’s a decent hotel with a restaurant on site. There was a party of some kind happening during my stay and I could barely get out the lobby door to pick up my take out. The room was too expensive for what I got. The bathroom sink was clogged. Room was nothing special. The area was convenient.
