Charming location off the beaten track

Lovely location with views across the sea (if not raining or cloudy). Charming and friendly place & staff. Could do with a little modernisation (e.g. charging points, black out blinds, tea & coffee facilities in room). Away from the hubbub so nice and quiet & relaxing. Would stay again.

Worth a stay!

Charming and unique hotel with absolutely amazing views of the Amalfi Coast. Fantastic breakfast. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, but still a great stay!

Very nice week in that hotel. The view is astonishing and the staff was very nice with us. It s really a perfect spot if you want to avoid the usual crowd of Positano and Amalfi and get the best view of the Amalfi coast. We strongly recommend it. Some downs, no coffee machine in the bed rooms, beds could be updated, breakfast could be better, particularly the coffee and fruits. they do weddings every day and that limits the ability to eat at the hotel, it’s possible though but you’ll feel that they are making you a favour and will not have access to full menu. You could expect better from a 4 stars hotel. But fortunately there is a very good restaurant next to the hotel, very large and open all the time.

Beautiful place to stay.

We were so happy with our room. The balcony was huge with amazing views. The staff was very nice. The only complaint I had was the bed was not very soft and the pillows were a little flat. Other than that we would highly recommend this hotel. It was beautiful!

The hotel it's in an astonishing position on a cliff above the sea,one of the best hotels on the entire Amalfi coast, the building is very beautiful remindig of the glory days of "La bell epoque" . great breakfast choice, very clean ,but the best about it is the staff, very friendly and helpful specially Pepe and Michele they are some of the nicest people i ever met. The surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet whitin walking distance from shops, restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. We rented a car and as advertised there was plenty of parking space right by the hotel I couldn't recommend this place enough. Hopefully we'll come back at some point.

What a pleasant place, it was a dream came through! The place is surrounded by Gods and Angels on the top of the mountain with the best views at Amalfi Coast. It is no doubt the best place to hold any special events to create the best memories

My husband and I stayed there late September,it was our first stop on a two week trip to Italy. The hotel is very traditional, older Italian and very well-maintained. It is located at the top of a mountain so the view from our room was unbelievable. The drive up the mountain may take some getting used to because of the narrow winding roads but once we did it a couple of times it was no problem. The staff was great and the town it is in has everything you need as far as shops and restaurants. We had a car and there was always plenty of parking. We would highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great, Italian meats, cheeses, pastries, as well as yogurt, cereal, and toast and of course amazing coffee!!

Breathtaking views and genuine hospitality

What a gem this hotel turned out to be! Can never forget beautiful views into the Mediterranean sea right from my room’s balcony: one can sit and enjoy the tranquility as the Sun goes down. The bed was comfortable, had a TV with English programs, a nice bathroom with a hair dryer. People at the reception, staff, are very sweet and warm hearted. Even when I had to leave early morning on both days (before 0630am), they made sure I got a coffee and a cornetto-when full breakfast starts only at 0800am. There is a long winding window-less corridor to walk to get to your room-that’s the only discomfort-but it vanishes once you open your room and its balcony. Agerola is an hour long journey from Amalfi by bus + add waiting time for the bus. But the pocket friendly tariff, spectacular views and genuine hospitality at this hotel is simply worth it. I am recommending it to anyone going to Amalfi. Just too good.

Great home base for the Amalfi Coast with awesome views. We wish the food at the actual hotel was better, but there's plenty of good options within walking distance.

Owner operated hotel at the end of the road (Via) with magnificent views of the Mediterranean at 1800 feet elevation for cool night temperatures Reasonable price for ocean view room with large balcony including a great breakfast with homemade breads, meats, cheese, fruit coffee, and juice. Room is smallish but adequate and has a mini fridge.
