Ok for budget stay.
The good: Friendly and chill staff. Quite place with white roof for reading. My room had a balcony. Cheap. Cute streets to wonder around. And the locals people are friendly and some very nice. The bad: Aircon was leaking water on my Millie all night. Next day it was fixed. I’ve stayed for 5 nights then extended for another two, and the entire time the bed sheets were not replaced. Even when the cleaning lady has been “cleaning” the room. I didn’t complain. But guys, you should really change bed sheets when you clean the room.

Exceptional 10.0
A very pleasant, small homestay in central HCM.
This is a small, pleasant homestay in District 1. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good if you want to be centre city. The breakfast is delivered from outside, so very good, just a short wait after ordering. The rooftop terrace is lovely, especially at night. The only thing that bothered me was the stairs, very steep and narrow. Mind you, I am an old man, a younger person might not notice.
