The stay was fine overall. It was kind of annoying that there were six of us staying in a six person suite and they only left three sets of towels. There was sheets for the pull out couch, but no extra pillows. When I called to ask for more, the gentleman that answered actually asked how many people were staying in our room. We also had to walk down to the front desk for pool towels instead of them being in the pool area.

Very nice hotel
Overall the hotel was fantastic. The room was big and very clean. Great breakfast! The only negatives i could say are the beds weren't very comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed in, and it was very hot in the room when we checked in even though the thermostat was set at 66. We couldn't get the temperature down in the room without turning the heat all the way off and opening a window for a while. We just left it off and closed the windows when it got comfortable.

It was an ok stay. We arrived later in the evening and wanted to swim and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. There was a rack for towels, but no towels. When I asked the front desk person at checkout she rudely said "We can't leave towels out! You should see what people do with them. If you wanted a towel you should have come to the front desk!" OK...but there was no mention of it at check in, no sign in the pool area, nothing. How would we know?
