Incredible experience
The Service was incredible. Lisa was our server at meals and was such a wonderful person, warm, genuine and helpful. Everyone was so warm and friendly in the Japanese respectful way. Our room was very clean and relaxing.

24 rooms total, tucked away on a quiet rode but just a elevator away to Souzan station. Our room 211 was huge. With sitting room, family room, bedroom and little area to admire the view.

Wonderful stay..
This was a definite highlight. Warm, calm, attentive service, beautiful surroundings and the luxury of your own private “Onsen as well as a lovely public one. Dining options were a special treat but be hungry - the food is plentiful. Location to train, busses, ropeway and the hotels own shuttle is a big plus. Would happily recommend as a worthy indulgence and would like to make it back again sometime.
