Standards are low for the cost of the room

The disabled access door didn’t open (I had a big buggy), there was hair in my shower and the travel cot is asked for hadn’t been set up in my room. That said, the staff were really helpful when I pointed this out, but I paid more than 280 for a room so was very disappointed.
